Today's WOD

“jack” - AMRAP (20 min)
115 pound Push press, 10 reps - I did 45 lbs
10 KB Swings, 1.5 - I did 12 kilos
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box - I did step ups on just under 20' box

I completed 6 rounds and 5 push press

I don't think I have ever sweated so much :)  I feel good about this WOD and what I ate and the amount of water I consumed ... all is back to being good today. 

My VERY sore knees are still VERY sore and achy.  I wake up during the night from knee pain... I really hope it goes away soon..

Did I mention that I started to name my quad muscles??  I can not get over how much more defined they are.. lol
