Dear Journal

Still very tired, achy and have a huge headache.  Not sure what is going on, maybe coming down with something??

Yesterday's WOD

100 pull ups (I did 50 with green and blue bands)
100 pushups (using a bar)
100 sit ups
100 squats

Time was 29 minutes and 34 seconds

My arms were JELLO!!  A little sore today but not as bad as my knees.  They are really sore to bend.

As I am sitting here I am beginning to get hungry but really do not have the energy to make something to
This is where processed crap would come in handy :)
