I am so not feeling the work outs this week. I am not sure what is going on. I FEEL like I should be able to give more, but my body is telling me I am doing too much.
I keep thinking too myself that at least I am going, and at least it is more than I have ever done.
I got home from work at 8am, had a banana and 1/4 of a cliff bar. Went to the gym, came home and had
3 turkey slices wrapped around a small slice of cheese and 1 hard boiled egg.
Going to bed now..
